Great video! I love the horn on the SP engine (maybe a Cotton Belt engine)near the end. Hard to tell what it is, doubt it would be a Cotton Belt engine in the lead though.
It is indeed a Cotton Belt. This is the same train as the one @ Caliente Creek/Sandcut (2:58) and I was able to read the name. Wish I had a digital camera when I lived in Bakersfield.
God, I miss the good old days where a man who was standing near the rails was a railfan, not a terrorist plotting to end the world.

Almost looks like the same Cotton Belt engine that sits up by the dairy farms near Tulare.
