@LoneRookRS1 It was his role to be a dick. Remember when there was the other guy (fat, cunning and is always listened to by Lord Sugar) also interviewing in the 1st 4 series. Claude was quite moderate back then. Probably bcoz that fat guy did all the trashing. When he left Claude became the bad cop, in fact I was quite amazed at how grumpy he suddenly looked.
