  • Cute..., but NEVER compare to the the version of Sarah Brightman and Paul Stanley.

  • great new guy on block called Gianluca Paganelli from Rome

  • Katherine has gone from strength to strength, What happened to Cortes??????

  • katherine's voice is great..! :) Cortes is ok as well

  • katherine's voice is great..! :)

  • great song and well performed.

  • Jenkins is off pitch and so is Cortes in parts, but his voice is great! She sounds like she's singing through a fan! Hate her vibrato!!!

  • love to hear gardar sing this with sissel. his masculinity. her flawless voice. it's a beautiful song and they're two that understand it.

  • @simonstrevens also Sarah Brightman and Chris Thompson

  • I like this version but I prefer the Sissel and Espen Lind version. Check it out!

  • Don´t know, who she/ jenkins is, but Cortes' voice is just great

  • Wow, this isn't bad at all. Never knew there was another version of this amazing song. This is different, but in a very good way :)

  • Original of Sissel is best

  • First she needs to get the potatoe out of her mouth, then she needs to breathe so she can keep somewhat in tune at least, and third she needs to stop doign the same damn songs that everybody in the classical/crossover community recycles.

  • shut the fuck up you stuck up twat

  • @agnellodei Agreed, except for the recycling of songs.

  • gardars my 2ndcousin

  • beautiful

  • Horrible! Can't she just write some own songs instead of copying everything and making the songs only worse?

  • Well,he dont make worse, but i agree in the copyng

  • You're right, his voice is nice... but Katherine disturbs me there...

  • Brilliant

  • Prefer Holly Holyoake and Bruce Andersons version, these two sound like they are fighting to be loudest.

  • Different, but rather nice version...

Personally I prefer this song when it's a little rockier (especially the male's part), but Jenkins sounds good as usual.

  • I personally love it! Katherine Jenkins has a beautiful voice. Why are u all talking about Sarah Brightman? Seriously ye sound like nut jobs!

  • Because she also sang this song? Look up "I Will Be With You Sarah Brightman" and you'll get a wealth of results. I personally think Sarah Brightman is much more skilled than Katherine Jenkins singing this song.

  • *listens to it*

    Oh god, make it stop!

*puts on Brightman/Thompson version and breathes a sigh of relief*

  • Okay, KJ REALLY needs to stop doing songs Sarah Brightman does. It's a tad fishy, if you ask me! but...that's just my opinion...

  • This is really a stupid reaction!!....it's just my opinion...

  • So? I don't care what you think. KJ is copycat! NAH NAH NAH! Have a nice day!

  • I confirm your comment is ridiculous.... Because, SB make the same thing as KJ. Example: Who want to live forever original cover: Queen / Harem : Dulce Pontes / A Whiter Shade of Pale: Procol Harum / Stranger In Paradise : Gloria Lasso / What A Wonderful World: Louis Armstrong / There For Me: La Bonda.....the list is not finish, because she is very big.....

  • It's the same for her last CD "Symphony": Sarai Qui: Faith Hill - There You'll Be "Pearl Habour"/ Sanvean: Lisa Gerrard / Vide cor meum.....KJ at sung this song in 2004. Regards

  • Yes, I am aware of Sarah Brightman doing covers. I like her covers simply due to the fact that she approaches them with a true artistic angle and that she makes them her own. KJ is nothing special - her voice is bland and boring - and if it weren't for her looks - she wouldn't have been given the largest "classical" recording contract in UK history. She was made famous by doing poor imitations of some of Sarah's signature songs such as "Time to Say Goodbye" and "Music of the Night"

  • (continued)

I fail to see what her appeal is and if she had her own 'voice' instead of copying the hard work of others...I'd have more respect for her. Oh, and I prefer the orginal recording of this song with Sissel and Epsen Lind. The only good thing I can say about this version of the song is that Gardar Thor Cortes has a wonderful voice. =)

  • It's your right of not to love KJ....but there are no comparison possible between this 2 artistes. KJ is a singer of opera and SB is a variety singer....this 2 artistes are very different in their musical technique, their vocal register....and probably in their professional objective. Regards

  • yeah, but Katherine recorded the duet back in 2006, waaay before Sarah recorded it! So you better look up for some info before judging her :)

  • Oooh, my bad! Still doesn't change my opinion of her though. She's boring! :)

  • Correction. This song came AFTER Sarah and Chris Thompson's version came. The person who should "look up some info" is you, dear.

  • I have also found some interesting things. It seems Katherine is perhaps a fan of Sarah's music? She's done a few covers of music Sarah's done. Time To Say Goodbye, Canto Della Terra, Where The Lost Ones Go, etc.

Interesting, but not much to bicker about, don't you think.

However, I must say this. I feel that Jenkins is a much, much inferior singer to the established, versatile and highly skilled voice of Brightman.

  • Its a good version!!!

  • Sarah Brightman is the best, wonderfull voice from the heaven!

    Saludos

    José Roberto.

  • Sarah's version is my fave. But this one is like awesome :D

  • My favorite is Sarah brightman !

  • In terms of how much I like the renditions...

    1) Sarah Brightman

    2) Sissel

    3) Katherine Jenkins

  • Me gustam las versiones de:

Espen Lind & Sissel ( la original )

Gardar Thor Cortes & Katherine Jenkis

  • sarah brightman's version much more better. moreover i actually love sarah version. this sucks

  • Thanks for posting this song on YouTube. Everytime I wanted to listen to it, I had to enter into its myspace page, but now this is good. My favorite singer Cortes..... LOVE HIM
