Hi, how quickly can you change the color setting for the whole board (25 RGB LEDs)? 100Hz?

Do you access to each PCA in one sequence in this meaning:

I2C: start - PCA1 adress, registr, data (...), stop start - PCA2 adress, registr, data (...), stop start - PCA3 adress, registr, data (...), stop

I'm interested in start/stop bytes.
