@MitchManPCs There was a filler episode in the Sentai Samurai's based on where a foreigner tried (Key word being TRIED) to study under Ryunosuke (The blue ranger), and by the end had declared himself the brown ranger, although Samurai skipped over it (Another point against it; That would've been the perfect opportunity to have the Rangers interact with Bulk and Spike.) Also Mega Force and the series after that will have silver sixth rangers.
