The chorus "Я была с тобою" or " Ya bila s toboyu" means "I was with you"

The extended version " Ya bila s toboyu, svyazana mechtoy odnoy, chto ti moy" means " I was connected with you by a dream in which you were mine".

Ja das muss man machen.

Aber das Wort mit "и" zu beenden, ist nicht der einzige Weg. Wenn ein Wort maskulin ist, zum Bespiel "Магазин" (Shop), dann sagt man "Из магазинА". "Америка" ist feminin, und des wegen sagt man "Из америкИ". Wenn ein Wort neutral ist, zum Beispiel "Путешествие"(Reise), dann sagt man " Из путешествиЯ".

Ich bin kein Lehrer, aber Ich glaube dass das meiste was Ich euch erzahlt habe ist korrekt.

@bluediamond No, that's wrong. The word " была comes from the verb "быть" which mean to be, to exist. In this context it means "I am". The first phrase of the song "Я была с тобою" I am with you."

I am learning Russian too. :) But only for a few weeks thou, but I study for hours and hours.
