i'm sure the vid creator knows, but for those who don't, the red side is actually another character in the Hulk mythos, known simply as 'Red Hulk' or colloquially 'Rulk'. Who he is is still currently a mystery i believe, though it's probable that he's another subject of a super-soldier program using Bruce Banner's DNA.

He's red because he gets hot. It's his weakness, he can get proportionately stronger, but after a while he will overheat and become disoriented....
