Going a little low man, try to keep your hamstrings at a level plain. Anywhere past that it does nothing for you but strain your ACL. But besides that great job and nice drive.
but what I do changes every 2 months as I progress along depending on what I need to get stronger. Either more muscle or more strength work. One feeds into the other

tell that to the lifting coach at my school... we have to do box squats!!!! which is like 4 inches below our knees!!!
