Silly songs like "Tell Her About It" and "That's Not Her Style" were a bore. That said, "Scenes From an Italian Restaurant" (one of his greatest) was about every high school from Greenport to Far Rockaway. He was brilliant, back in the day. But his Christy era was ridiculous.
