Looks like fun for the kids! I like how it is taught in a safe way that encourages self-control and it still allows the kids to get a real feel for the sport! And Deonavan, you are right that MMA is brutal, but imagine how brutal it would be if a kid didn't know how to defend him/herself against an attacker! Use YOUR brain! Would you want your kids to be a victim? I doubt it! ;)
thoes kids are wearing so much padding, you could hit em with a truck and they'd be fine.

I'm very sorry for my comment.... But if it is playing Jujitsu which is a soft art I understand. But MMA seems pretty brutal..
