Chi is a warm feeling you get in your 'dantien' or right around your belly button area- or below....

you channel the energy you get from breathing or eating foods- to all of your body including different parts of your brain!

It can be used to make you feel better, to motivating you to channel your energy 'Forward' to do things.

If you do not know how to channel your chi like a pro- it could be dangerous and I belive- it can kill you if you dont really know what your doin
