Blitzkrieg if you think about it simply revolves around speed and bop is really referring to what kids used to do in the 50's which was dancing to rock and roll, so i'm guessing they're talking about some kind of crazy event which gets everyone hyped up. Blitzkrieg basicly just mean a fast war. Like layyzboi said, it was made famous by the Germans under WWII. But the invasion of Poland is not what we refer to as the Blitzkrieg. It was the invasion of the Netherlands, Belgium and France that shocked the world and showed them the Blitzkrieg tactic.
