I find it how odd in my case it isn't the stereotypical divorce, my dad cheated on my mom and left her without any say on my mom's part and I was only three at the time so I don't remember it but my older siblings do. I feel bad for anyone who does remember this and has to deal with their mom getting remarried, only my dad remarried in my case.

okay, we all grew up being abused to hell. It's our choice who we become, and what we learn from other's mistakes. PTSD, depression and other illnesses are things I deal with now, but I get up in the morning everyday determined to find a piece of happiness for myself, or bring a smile to the face of another.
This has never happened to me but it hit one of the most important people in my life pretty hard. I cry for him. i listen to this song and cry when I think about how it must have hurt him so badly. My mum and dad split up when I was 6 years old, at 9 years old, my 2 younger brothers and I were taken into foster care to protect us from our stepdad, my nan and dad swore that if we went into care, they wouldn't speak to my mum again, they haven't spoken in 7 years, I really miss my early childhood, all sat around the table at Christmas having a big dinner and then sitting round the fire watching Christmassy films, all I want is everything to be back to normal

i was 11 when my parents were getting divorced i am the youngest out of 3 there was my sister sarah who was 14 and my brother was 24 my sister showed me this trying to make it better i hated the song because it mad me even more sad i was so sad that when i would go to school i would cry i even saw my dad cry and ive only ever seen him cry twice this was the first time my sister rebeld and and started to hang out with the bad kids from her jr high she blamed my mom
