One of the worst brokers on Long Island, vindictive and small-minded, whose greed outweighs his concern for his clients. Ironic that he is representing the NAS--perhaps a sign of the times since the field is currently in the toilet. He is only out for himself and unfortunately is not a man of his word when it comes to real estate negotiations.
