Your statement is a fallacy. Check the statistics posted on the Department of Justice website.

Most crimes committed against whites are done by whites overwhelmingly. I think the number is around 85% for white on white crime. That leave 15% for all other ethnicities.

Same thing for black on black crime. Let's try to keep the Giuliani scare tactics within the realm of terrorism, okay????
