  • my dog has been put to the ground by other dogs many times.. he never took it personal, he just got up, shaked and was just as happy afterwards.. but now he is older and obedient and doesn't need to be put to the ground by me or other animals anymore, it was just when he was young he allways tried to challenge other more dominant dogs or tried to be all hormone maniac to female dogs, they barked, touched him with their teeth (no biting) and put him on the ground.

  • its not funny!!!

  • HAHAHAHA this just cracked me up

  • yep, primeval - it best explains the hostile undertones, from a psychological viewpoint

  • Actually, pathetic. Maybe misunderstanding a message instilled some primeval fear to produce this sort of slanted error.

  • @kasobie Yeah, yeah, yeah... it's a parody... not meant to be taken so seriously... primeval??? REALLY???

  • It's FunNYYY! I wish he's not nodding his head right and left like an India merchant though..

  • soooooooo funny!!!!!!

  • It's really hard beign submitted.. by another man.. XD ♥♥♥

  • @mvgreene Yes I know! Reason why I commented on the skit being hilarious! I was just commenting on everyone else's serious comments! Cesar would think its hilarious as well. But I couldn't help myself to comment in the comment box to the comment below my first comment. Geez, just because I have to be a YouTube Whisperer don't blame me. I still have a sense of humor. But thanks anyways.

  • @InDogsWeTrust11 Dominance to a dog is when it's striving to outdo you which means YOU HAVE TO TRY HARDER THAN THEM or get them in line with you or do what most people do and give up and let the dog do whatever. Punishment and corrections are totally different, if your angry when you are trying to get something or someone to understand something...that is punishment! You should study leadership much better. Check out the video on my channel Because this is what Cesar is talking about.

  • @WarriorAngelWings & @InDogsWeTrust11 & everyone else who is taking this WAAAAAYYYYYY to seriously. It's a parody. It's a joke.

  • @InDogsWeTrust11 Are you joking me? There is no comparison and that's why we get dogs that act the way they do because people like you compare them to humans! There is no strangling or manhandling involved! If so you would see many different fights at the dog Psychology center a dog is a dog, let it be a dog just face it, they are not little furry Teddy bears, yes they are cute but they rely solely on instinct.

  • BTW the skit is hilarious!

  • How come this turns out be a parody of cruelty against dogs? Seriously people, dogs are NOT HUMAN! Why can't you get it through your thick skulls. Please let your canine sit at your dinner table because making them eat OFF THE FLOOR in most eyes would be cruel so prop em up at the dinner table tonite for sunday supper, after all your children don't eat off the floor why should your dogs. Hitting a dog is not ok. But going against it's nature is very cruel.

  • @WarriorAngelWings Dogs have every bit the same emotion as humans, and it is not ok to do this to them either. I like how this video shows what it looks like to do it to humans.Your comments about eating at the dinner table are ridiculous, we are talking about strangling and manhandling dogs. This isnt natural, dogs DONT interact this way.. every real behaviourist or ethologist know this. Blaming behaviour on dominance is an excuse for punishment.

  • Thank you thank you thank you!! This is so true...

I really hate Cesar. REALLY hate him.

The number of dogs that are tortured because of people watching his shows... it makes me sick.

  • Perfect! When the guy showed up with the "cone of shame," I lolled.

  • The guy playing Cesar simply sucks, plays overly feminine version of who knows who. Do a youtube a favor, and stop, please :)

  • I riabeltey dogs. Haha.

  • I found it extremely funny! "Can I try that?"...Hahahaha

  • boring, don't waste your time, came across it by mistake

  • OMG, this was awesome. I kept bursting into laughter. The acting is terrific. I can't believe NatGeo continues that harmful program. When people quote CM, I try to point them to Karen Pryor or other real trainers who understand behavioral psychology (across species).

  • @ServiceDogPartner The next time you have a thought just let it go. Seriously.

  • Too funny :D

  • brilliant! thankyou :D

  • man this my shit love it lmao

  • this is a terrible rendition of Cesar.. better acting is required!!

  • lmao!!!

  • lmao haha

  • Hahaha good impression of CM, some moments it could actually BE him. Totally brilliant.

  • It's too unreal, he's not acting crazy and big eyed with people. LIKE an owl.

  • Word Alizais...word

  • zloradnii, stop word-vomiting about scientific theory & empirical data. Milan grew up w/ dogs on his grandpa's farm, "culling" the ultimate empirical data, from his LIFE. Evidence: innumerable dogs have gone thru rehab, became ppl/dog friendly, & saved from euthanization. His psychology center dogs, some once dangerous, are calm & friendly. I'd trust CM w/ a violent dog than u w/ ur "science" & smart talk any day. So plz, shut up. u sound like an idiot. After all, actions speak loudr than words.

  • Finally, someone who realizes that experience and practice is worth far more than any mere theory.

  • Don't worry about zloradnii, this person has a serious issue and more than enough free time to vent through other comment boxes on youtube.

  • If you want to talk about having "more than enough free time to vent..." why not mention the perfect example, zlorandnii? Maybe a little "Shhht!" might curb his/her seemingly unhealthy and obsessive behavior.

  • obviously zloradnii is not a pack leader...

  • Growing up on grandpas' farm hardly qualifies one as an authority on anything, much less animal behavior. LIfe true, then Charles Manson qualifies as a top surgeon. While it may be difficult to wean yourself from the cult leader Millan, and the charms of TV, extolling your ignorance so recklessly only serves to discredit you.. Do you really take pride in illiteracy? Your refusal to set aside your ego only suggests you don't give a damn about dogs.Sorry, old boy, CM is a fraud.

  • Comment removed

  • I admit that I'm ignorant in this area, that growing up on a farm doesn't make anyone an animal expert, and that there are many who blindly worship celebrities. However, it's still hard to believe you due to the extreme nature of your argument. There are always positives and negatives to each side of an issue and your purely one-sided stance is what I've become defensive to. Opposite of what Peddle1986 says, I don't have the time to argue so I'll stop here. Good luck w/ life & thx for the debate.

  • Um, nope. The behaviour you so naively interpret as "calm" is in fact dogs who have been shut down duie to flooding, learned helplesness, and other archaic methods. No need to take my word for it. Do the work, read the voluminous critiques by bona fide authorities on the subject. Don't be lazy. It is no accident the Humane Society and so many others --vets, behaviorists, scientists - want this dangerous charletan taken off the air. Do the work. Read. What are you afraid of? The truth? .

  • Thank you!!! THUMBS WAYYYY UP!!!!

  • Your remarks would be laughable were it not for the fact that the subject is so serious, and that willingness to remain ignorant is so dangerous. Alas, you are sorely and demonstrably mistaken. What you perceive as "calm" is the behavior of dots who CM has "shut down." Look it up. His archaic methods involve flooding, forced helplessness, stringing, and worse. Once you let TV think on your behalf, as it clearly has in your case, the game is up. Do the work; don't buy into CM's con.

  • zlorandi ur a retard

  • Would you like to know what following CM's dangerous advice can lead to? I suggest you read a piece in the SF Chronicle

"Man Who Bit His Dog Must Stand Trial" (by

Jaxon Van Derbeken, Nov 7) This individual attributed his cruel act to "mimicking the primal instincts of dogs." That is pure CM.

  • Comment removed

  • CM, in his books, confuses critical opinion for scientific theory. A theory is not an opinion, or speculation, but the nucleus of empirical data, culled over many years and innumerable trials, rigorous tests, and examinations, which serve to elaborate, demonstrate, and prove the cause, effect, and efficacy of a phenomenon. Opinion is not even the issue here for any bona fide authority. I'm afraid poor CM is little more than a poseur preaching to the gullible for ratings and money.

  • In addition to the reams of scientific data from legions of distinguished authorities on canine behavior and training , who protest CM, there are also EDITORIALS calling for the same thing in such august publications as the NY TIMES, ESQUIRE, SF CHRONICLE, HUFFINGTON POST, and dozens of other mainstream publications the world over. It's no joke. CM has created a serious public health hazard that is both influential and well financed. Will legislators please pay attention!

  • All the university studies of the science of behavior and cutting edge trainers since the late 1830 beginning with Skinner have shown that dominance is an antiquated way of training , Try doing dominace with a whale and see where it gets you when all trust is lost between you !

Mountains of actual research not made up stuff like CM does ... have shown that dominace hurts makes learned helplessness, generalized fear of the environment , aggression , avoidance/ escape and much more ..

  • Finally a rational, educated person! The research is clear, chasing a scared dog with a toaster doesn't qualify as a respected method of behavior modification!

    Thank you!

  • @angeleasfeathers Your walnut sized spark box failed to take reality into account. Cesar's way works. You circumcise your newborn sons, you pierce your daughter's ears in the name of beauty yet, you think it unethical to discipline an unruly dog. You are insane.

  • This was great!!!

  • That was hilarious!!

  • Bubbles from the wire!

  • That was the so funny!!!! He took that guy down! lol lol lol

  • Um...no that's not funny at all. You people are stupid.

  • gggagahahhahahaha

  • I love Ceasar so much, he's the best :) And this is really funny. I know Ceasar would think so too. He thought that teh South Park parody was hilarious. It's great that he doesn't get offended :)

  • too bad you think using punishment and outdated training techniques that harm dogs and humans is 'the best'. This video is great because it reveals the idiocy of his 'techniques'.

Excellent job on the video. The outtakes on is even better!

  • yeah because rewarding everything your dog does is great for its behavior

  • your response doesn't make sense.

  • it's called being ironic

  • do you mean sarcastic?

  • AMEN! CourteousCats! CM is not fit for man nor beasts!!!

  • The 'outdated' techniques and 'idiocy' you speak of are employed by wolves and other wild dogs, all over the world, EVERY DAY.

Dogs are dogs; they are not humans. It is far more logical and even kinder to use communications and punishments that they actually UNDERSTAND rather than to expect your dog to learn the same way a small child might.

That said, the parents of bratty, spoiled children might also do well to observe Millan's technique.

  • Still waiting for an educated rebuttal. You certainly didn't provide it. Dogs are not humans, dogs are not wolves either! They do not have the same behaviors. Neither species puts the other on the ground in most cases. The dog puts himself/herself on the ground as an appeasement signal. A vast amount of research directly opposes CM method, NONE support it. CM has been invited to demonstrate his 'technique' on human socialized wolves. Wonder why he won't accept? He would be dead, that's why.

  • I never meant to present you with an 'educated rebuttal' as, unlike you, i cannot survive while stuffed so far up my own arse. Youtube is no place for responses of an 'educated' nature.

As for dogs not being wolves - clever observation. I'm sure no one else noticed that. However, this doesn't mean that their methods of communication are necessarilly any different.

Millan has spent most of his life working with and studying dogs. Who are you - casual observer - or i, to critisize his work?

  • As for research supporting or disproving Millan's method - show me. You can't go around throwing figures and survey results at people when you can't cite them as evidence.

In fact - don't waste your time. I'm not likely to continue this conversation as, surprisingly, i have educational studies to attend to. As a college graduate and university undergraduate, i'd appreciate you respecting my 'educated rebuttal' (as you put it) a little more.

  • I'd respect your 'educated rebuttal' more if it was actually educational! Entertaining, certainly, educated not even close. Professionals far more intelligent and experienced than you or CM, or me for that matter, rebuke his methods based on ethics and science. You are the one that made the ingenious observation about dogs not being human, guess no one else knew that either. If you are an undergraduate, then you should be able to use your university library to pull up studies.

  • Cite your evidence. If you're making a point, then that's your job. Not mine.

Now, i'm off to have a life. Have a nice time telling everybody just how clever and correct you are! <3

  • Have you had enough, Nak? Or would you like me to provide you, happily, even more? I can keep you busy for a year with the sheer volume of relative data that dismisses CM and his cruel , faux-methodology. I've read thousands of pages so far, in journals and in books, but there is so much of it that I haven't even scratched the surface. Care to join me? You asked for the evidence and data; I have provided it, though there is a far more where that came from. Be careful what you wish for!

  • I'd be happy to show you. Hundreds of articles in dozens of publications, scientific and mainstream media, from all over the world, by the leading animal behaviorists, scientists, professional trainers, and vets, all unanimous in their condemnation of CM and his cruel and dangerous ideology.and methods. It seems, though, that YouTube does not allow the posting of URLs, so anyone who wants them can write me and I'll be happy to send them. And theres a lot more where they came from.

  • Ynnn,, wolves and dogs parted company on the behavioral sphere some 14,000 years ago. You really ought to do a little reading, Nak. Just remember this: when (not if) you get hurt followin CM's cruel methods, though you may deserve it for having failed to be responsible, your dog , who has no choice, does NOT deserve it. Try thinking of whats best for him, not for you.

  • So sorry, Nakasayu, but CourteousCats is absolutely right, and you are dead WRONG. CM's techniques are antiquated, and extremely dangerous. Even the Humane Society is lobbying to have his show taken off the air. Just do your homework. Read. Research. I will post a tiny sample of what's available out there: Thousands of articles from the real authorities: behaviorists, etholgists, vets, and trainers in journals , books, and major newspapers all over the world. Links en route...

  • Dogs everywhere thank you! Did you post to Nakasayu? I know he/she is probably busy with actual university assignments (obviously not in the Psych dept, Zooology or current behavioral research dept) but maybe he/she will actually look at even one of your links.

  • To equate dogs with wolves is not only incorrect, but naive. Their behavioral differences are far greater than their similarities, given the influence, over some 14,000 years (which is when the two parted company), of the domestic environment in which dogs now thrive, , survive, and engage with humans and other dogs. Domesticated dogs no longer scavange for dead animals for food; they rely on the resources of their human hosts; they like it that way. Read the extant literature, if you care.

  • In his books and shows CM incorrectly asserts that wolves and wild dogs engage in alpha roles to force submission . This is based on a faulty study from the 1940s long ago disproved. Actually, it is the SUBMISSIVE wolf that presents this behavior as appeasement. There is no force involved. In those rare cases where a wolf did "alpha roll" , it did so ONLY if it were planning to kill the other. Do you want YOUR dog to feel, when you follow CM's dangerous advice, that you want to kill him? Hm?

  • Here is the position of the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavor, the most prestigious organization of its kind:

"The ASVAB recommends that veterinarians not refer clients to trainers or behavior consultants who coach or advocate dominance hierarchy theory and the subsequent confrontational training that follows from it"

  • Extrapolating a training posture that mimics animal to animal relationships is naive and dangerous. In fact, it only suppresses aggression thus codifying the latter as a form of punishment, without regard to underlying causes, and in the end makes matters much worse. Warning postures, ritual dominance, and submissive displays inform dominant-submissive relationships among dogs. No human can mimic this complex network of communications or interact with a dog as another dog would.

  • Sorry, it's tomorrows word of the day!

  • This is really funny! I posted it as the matching video to the word of the day on my blog @ shyra(.)wordpress(.)com. Thank you so much!

  • am a huge fan of Cesar, but this is hilarious

  • very very very funny i wonder what dog whisper really thinks but really funny. being summit by another man!!!!

  • That was genuinely funny ...GREAT!!!

But the Ceaser expression is a bit gay... it would have been as funny without the gay bit as well

  • Oh jesus. Dog whisperer is my favorite show, I watch it on my computer, like, every day, and this, was freakin hilarious. The guy playing cesar was good, if a little too gay(but maybe that's what made it so funny), also, Cesar always leaves out "a" and "the" alot, so he doesn't say "The human has to train the dog", he just says "Human have to train dog". But besides that, this was awesome.

  • lol i noticed that too!! the lack of "the" and "A"'s in his speech

  • hahaha its kind of hard for me to talk about it right now. lol favorite part, by far. lol

  • hahahaha

  • WOW. But I think the word you are searching for would be immature.

  • LOL

  • Really??? Are you serious???

  • lol i love this video, and i love the dog whisperer.

shame on you people who just overact.

  • i've finally watched it!!!

although i think i might watch dog whisperer this morning if it's on

  • I watched it all - twice. And it just wasn't funny. The people who played Pam and Roman did very well, but the person who did Cesar overacted something fierce.

  • Well that's kind of the point. Two straight people and one who overacts... eh, so I guess you got it.

  • haha this is funny

  • i love the dog whisperer, but this is funny...

  • omg!!! how funny!!! i love the dog whisperer too

  • Cesar's methods work for my dogs AND my husband! Thanks God....

  • CopyCat, LOL, that was a real episode of the Dog Whisperer.

  • dont dis cesar...he's immenseness!

  • um this is dumb, they cant act, cesar doesnt act like that or sound like that, and its rediculous!!

  • do me a favor and make an episode with the infamous Cesar rollerblades lolol

  • ITS BUBS!!! hilarious lol

  • Rolling on the floor funny!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hilarious!!! the video is over & i'm still laughing!

  • Ssshhht!!! TOO HILARIOUS!!! Nice touch at the end with the red dog thing around the neck. Will try on my husband! LOLOL MORE! MORE!!!!!

  • OMG!! This is so funny! I love the Dog Whisperer.

  • this is a funny parody of him, the real cesar milan could commit assault and battery if he did this.

  • this is definitely a parody the real Cesar Milan could commit assault and battery if he did that to a human.

  • I think this shows very well how Cesar is, this is about as amusing as his real show is, cept this is made even funnier ;) There's no nature in putting dogs on the ground, in fact, dogs prefer to avoid conflicts at all costs, dominance is unecessery in training dogs, motivation is the most important thing, and with the right motivation you can get your dog to do anything you wish for. I'm showing all my irl friends this one, cause this one's so hilarous, and touches the right spots ;)

  • Thanks for the comment. Please show Part 2, which deals with PMS to your girls as well - I'm sure they'll relate.

  • how undereducated of you!ALL trainers show the importance of being the pack leader, even though they dont do it ceasers way, they all have one thing in common, your dog cannot be allwed to be dominant, because then your not in full control.dominant dogs are possibly dangerous and unpredictable.motivation wont help you on its own.i am not stickin up for ceaser, just common sense!there is definitely nature in putting dogs in submissive pose!its bred into them.its common sense, dogs do it to each other!

  • I know you posted this a year ago, but I had to say thank you for making accurate statements. There are so many misinformed posts here, it is really disappointing that people can't read up on current research with wolves/domestic dogs. Dogs are not wolves, they do not have the same behaviors. Neither species puts the other on the ground in most cases. The dog puts himself/herself on the ground as an appeasement signal. An enormous amount of research directly opposes CM method, NONE support it.

  • @CourteousCats really not trying to call you out and start anything here..but your are misinformed on what you are hearing rom some people..dogs do put dogs on the ground here and there, but always correct eachother with their mouths and bodies..you can find this on a regular basis at any dog run etc. While they ar not wolves and have been domesticated..that does not change the fact that they are still animals and cant be domesticated into humans

  • this is hilarious

  • I hope people dont misunderstand Cesar's Way if seeing this first. Cesar puts dogs on the ground because thats their way in nature, while humans have words for communication and body language too, but the main idea of remaining Calm, Assertive (not angry or impatient) setting rules boundaries, limitations with other humans as well as with dogs, pets.. is valid practice. I assume you DO respect and admire Cesar's methods. His success rate is proof he is right!! 8-)

  • If someone watches Cesar Millan, they get the parody. We love his show, that's why we did it! Thanks for the comment.

  • Do you like Rescue 911, how about parodying scenes from the intro like computer screen gone crazy with The "BLUE JEANS ROOM ON FIRE" scene?

  • lol

  • Cesar Milan - Respect !! ;D

  • I have respect for the guy but this skit got me laughing lol....good job.

  • hahahahaha. Great production! You guys are on TV???

  • nice but the shirt should have been tighter

  • great!

  • Very funny, wow. My thoughts exactly! I almost screamed when I saw him for the first time. I totally love this VID. Scary isn't it?

  • That's very good. My partner was one of two people who fought to have Cesar on Nat Geo and was the only proponent of putting Cesar in primetime instead of fringe. He's really become a pop culture phenomenon since then, and deservedly so.

  • Yeah, he's great. Are you Scott H's friend who works on CM's show? Thanks for the comment and watching.

  • No, sorry, I meant at Nat Geo. The original series has become such a phenomenon that it's been parodied on South Park, this series you've included, SNL and other references in pop culture. She knew it was going to be a hit for them, but I'm not sure even she knew it was going to be so wide spread.

  • Fantastic!!!! Loved it!

  • haha, really funny! would love to get some feedback on the clips i put up, send me a comment! it would really help me out.

this isn't the show itself, it's just four short clips that'll tell you a bit about me, the show and a sample of what might be in it.

    cheers dan

  • First thirty seconds boered me into a coma. Then I was done with it.

  • Wow, and you snapped out of it just in time to hate on our vid.

  • Can't lie to make you happy. If you need to project that as "hatin'", that's on you. Just wasn't funny.

  • If you watch the entire vid and then wish to comment (+ or -), that's cool. But to watch 30 secs of a 4 min vid and make that kind of comment... is hatin'.

  • who did this where did this come from

  • a LAUGH BUREAU production... we subsidize laughter

    LaughBureau dot COM

Thanks for watching and check out our other sketches on our YouTube channel.

  • maybe if you had more of an attention span than a gnat then you would have watched the rest and seen how funny it got. pffffftttt!

  • Hysterical! So glad you are finally working with people! You rock Cesar!

  • hahaha the dog whisper is such a joke. I love this.

  • "He's being a gladiator.. RRrrr"

    lmao

  • this shit is funnyshit period

  • Looks great! Geo and Dre - you guys rocked it!

  • What's up with the cone??? LMAO.

  • OMG!!! this is hilarious! That's Bubbles???

  • Yes... good eye. That is Andre Royo from HBO's "The Wire."
