i've always had better live tone with 100 watts. bonamassa won't play anything less--you get the headroom. now for studio, 50's can be dialed in--all kinds of things can be done in the studio. what would it cost to send it to 2 rock to make it 100? they could do that if you wanted
I have both amps also and the difference is headroom and loudness...If you never going to play in very large club the 50watt is great and a bit warmer sounding but lacks on headroom...The 100 watt I love it, but it is loud and this amps are made to crank and the better they sound...Also the speaker are very important, I used Tone tubbys and G12-65 and it sounds great with both... just more Robben Ford sounding with G12-65.
I hope that help...This clips are great congratulations...
The only Difference that i can gather is that the HRM has a post od tone stack, similar to later dumbles w/ the "Hot Rubber Monkey", basically you can adjust the EQ of the overdrive via internal pots, Nik from Cieriatone said for great od out of the box go with the special, but if you want to tweak to get your own od sound to match your guitar or style, get the HRM
I was looking into the ceriatone hrm and im stuck between the 50 or 100, do you hear any big difference in sound, significant headroom difference, i just want to be able to get crisp clean sounds and higher gain sounds without drowning out the drummer or bassist while practicing
Is this the Bluesmaster edition in the HRM series?

I have a Two Rock Cust. Sig rev 50 and it seems to lack headroom at stage volumes. Maybe I should've went with a 100watter.

Great tone and feel. Were any of the s&m mods done to this HRM100 amp as well, or is it stock in this clip? Thanks!
