No you no those things that follow him shoot those and then they'll stop then you can grab them then you grab the shield and attack its smart to have exceed maxed up then use the attack I used at 1:15

He pissed me off at first till I found out how to beat him a cheap way

I just get annoyed trying to grim grab near to him to hit the shield. Most of the time I'm too slow or just miss grabbing nearer.
