Some tips:

1. The picture pops up to early and is not synched to the sound.

2. Make a (very short) fade in for the glass picture. You could draw a circle mask in the middle, and expand it within 2 or 3 frames to the full canvas/picture.

3. Maybe there should be a little blur on the broken Glass. Use the fast blur effect.
