I recognize where you took this video from, I was there for the inauguration of this Pacifico tower, Back then the owner of this resort was the Mayor of Playas de Rosarito (which I helped in his campaign) Yes it is very nice tower, we just lodge there the end of March, though our last night was a breezy one, we still enjoyed the city lights and we did not want to leave. Though I shall be back there this summer!
