I have a 55 gallon with 2 Tiger Oscars, 2 Geophagus, 2 Fire Mouths, and a Midas. They are going to be moved to 125 or 150 gallon soon with a Green Terror and a JD.

what do you feed ur SA cichlids and how often?

i feed my fish pellets in the morning, and mysis shrimp in the evening. is this okay?

i hear its not good to feed shrimp everyday, but most of my fish are juvies.

If your fishes are still juvies, it's good to feed them shrimp everyday, that is if you can afford it. I only feed my fish once a day with pellets and sometimes frozen krill.

In that tank I like the red pike cichlid the most. He looks cool but pike cichlid eats alot ! I use to have a stripe pike cichlid like about 4 inches and just keep hogging all the food I drop into the tank. even when its belly is so overloaded and it still try to eat more lol
