@blazzerm well he wasn't signed until September and even then he wasn't match fit so hardly played in the beginning. Then he got injured and was out for 2/3 months. Part of the reason Tevez celebrated so wildly is because he had been so unlucky up to that point. I lost count how many times he had hit the post, so this goal was a reaction to all that bad luck. 7 goals in the final 10 games plus a few assists is a stat you have to admire.

Easily the most memorable goal we've scored in a game we lost (somehow!)

Will always remember it. Tevez went just as mental as us. True Passion in a footballer something you dont see much of these days.

The best thing about that season was the way the WHU fans stuck by him even though he didnt score his first goal until this game. We loved him even before he started scoring because of the commitment he showed in the C&B shirt. Only with us for a single season but a legend.
