In the "Busy World of Richard Scarry" episode "The Big Apple Christmas Caper", a giant magnet attached to a blimp rips the torch and crown off the statue. The statue is depicted as a pig (the series is about humanlike animals).

In the movie "Category 7: The End of the World", the statue is hit by a tsunami and later tornadoes destroy her due to global warming. A tornado also rips off her torch and sends it crashing into the streets of NYC, nearly killing some people.

Anyone notice that the wave in Deep Impact is coming from the wrong direction. To come from behind the statue it would have to come from New Jersey. And that in one shot from The Day After Tomorrow only ice can be seen near the statue yet in another a helocopter flies by the same vantage point and clearly many building on Manhatten have stood? Not to be a stickler, of course. :)

Nice video. I was just wondering how many times the Statue of Liberty has been destroyed. Personally, my favorite is Cloverfield. Unlike all the other movies where the whole statue is destroyed, in Cloverfield she has her head ripped off and thrown into a fleeing crowd of frightened pedestrians. Much more disturbing I think, but that's just me.
