You could have waited to get a new pc you know, Windows 7 is going to come out soon I believe. And the tip for Batman is to line up the "?" and then hold down the detective mode button for your respective console's controller. You'll see like the upper half of a question mark without the dot and you'll have to find the dot which is usually on another surface and then line them up and snap a shot, take the pictures in the zoomed in first person view. Also, album stuff is looking great.
Well, if you're playing the PS3 version of the game, all you've got to do is angle the camera POV angle and press the L2 button. Sometimes you may have to zoom in, or move the camera angle to line it up.

u gotta jump really high so that the camara kinda falls out of ur "pockets" and if u grab it with the right angle, ull take picture
