I Love this video. You took me back to my roots so to speak. I was part of a non profit organization for 10 years of my youth. Leadership, youth organizing, community organizing, etc. is a huge part of my life. Leadership is so important. Knowing how to let others lead is wonderful skill. For me leadership is about giving people the tools they need to be empowered to go out into the world and fight for justice and equality. That's my leadership style. Awesome video!

That is so true, sometimes it takes a storm to loosen the grown and a seed to be received. You cant force a seed to take root and mature we are just sowers, only time and circumstances brought by God can cause a person to mature and grow.
