this song is pretty sick, you can see the influence of pearl jam especially on the singing. my one suggestion? the guitar part needs more emotion during solo's. its pretty but it could be mind blowing if you added like, a bit of overdrive, rolled off the tone knob a bit, and throw some more bended/sustained notes in there. Otherwise this is absolutely fantastic writing and sick music!

i see exactly what you mean, but i dont know if that would work as well for this song, everything already musically blends so well, although the guitar itself may sound better, i'm not sure if it would be better for the song. I do think it would be worth a try, but this song and all their songs already kick so much ass!

well it would work, especially if some bends were added during little guitar breaks, because it would get rid of some of the attack and make it flow a bit more. but i agree, its really good stuff.

it could get smoother, but to do that right is tricky and takes practice... but once done that would have a huge effect on it, but i was mainly focused on the idea of the over-drive, and tuning down the tone. however i think you may be right, if they could be used together the guitar would sound better, although it already is good, BUT the bands choice in sound is their sound, their choice and it friggin rocks! especially compared with so many of todays! and like you said it''s really good!
