Four red lights mean that you have no AV or it could not be detected, in some cases it can be the HDD but its more common for it to be the AV cable. Un-Plug it then plug it back in, if it doesn't work then you will have this face :C oh dear! Send it back to MS. These lights wont appear if you use a HDMI cable!
