great stuff, if you're training alone you can also try to actively pull the kettlebell down on the eccentric portion. This happens almost automatically if you try to increase the # of swings in given time frame from workout to workout, ie increase the speed. Key thing is to maintain proper form, easy to mess up if you train alone. Smitty, ever try this with snatches?
i know im only young n'all but wouldnt some of those exersices be bad for my back as im still growing?
