This is the ONLY OWS protester I've heard that has a valid point.

But his principle idea can be expanded one step further to the nepotism and good-ol-boy network that exists within the venture capital firms. A venture capitol firm might have a portfolio of companies and the execs of one company sits on the boards of the other companies and vice versa. It's a closed group of people who know each other and it's in no way independent and accountable. quid pro quo.
