  • you should wear a helmet next time, what if you fell on to your head there? tsk tsk tsk!

  • helmet?

  • Thats sad! sit behind it withers not in the middle of his back! thats why hes not jumping you're hurting him!

  • keep your sholders back!

  • he cant jump it because you fucked up his legs galloping on the road

  • sholders back!

  • very cute horse

  • monty the deer.. lol jk

  • Comment removed

  • here is what my trainer told me to do when your going near the jump keep ur hands open wide so when you feel ur horse starting to leave you just bring him/her right back

  • wow your a great rider :D

  • you might want to have him do smaller jumps to get used to jumping. and you need to work on your seat.and he needs to know he is not aloud to refuse or else he will do it all the time

  • @saddlebred4ever i dont think she needed to help she knew wut she was doing and i heard tht she had been show jumping on one of her vids it said tht

  • My horse did that to me today and I went flying.

  • That is just like how my horse jumps!! But I just started jumping her like a week ago! lol

  • Hey, at least you didn't get run over. My horse (also an arabian) took off with me a couple months ago and when I fell off, he ran right over me, lol. I wouldn't have fallen off but the ONCOMING TRUCK took my attention off of my horse lol. The truck passed before we got on the road, I was the only one hurt when Whisky Jack stepped on me!lol

  • that was not 2 1/2 feet just saying!

  • all your fault.

  • Why is monty so beautiful. (: I'm jealous.

  • are you wearing socks under your boots

  • Get a hat and take lessons.

  • get lessons before you try to ride..

  • @XxgwenyxX stfu! You don't know her horse, if she tried to send her over it she might have freaked out and jumped it flat! +it's hard to keep balance AND struggle with a naughty horse WHILST riding bareback! She was really good to not fall off when she refused and ducked out and in the end, she got the horse over it. People like you are normally (sorry if I'm wrong, but I am saying normally, not always) kids who ride perfect ponies that never put a foot wrong. Those people need lessons.

  • @FiretruckingBatman whoah.. i literally said 7 words WHILST you put like an essay, save your breath hun.

  • @XxgwenyxX Don't bitch about people you don't know hun.

  • @FiretruckingBatman coooool story bro. lets make a movie

  • @XxgwenyxX HAHAHA. You clearly know you're in the wrong so you're replying with ridiculous comments yeah? fucker.

  • gay bar music !! :D (Y)

  • No wonder you fell. You admitted on another video no one's taught you how to jump. Your style is extremely dangerous for both you and your horse. Spend the money to take a few jumping lessons, and NOT in a western saddle. It's EXTREMELY bad for their backs.

  • @Pintomare11 actually it isnt bad for their backs if they were western... and they are not terrible jumpers...we all start somewhere....english or western, with really jumps or average things, and it doesnt matter how they do it. now adays if you didnt learn it that way it is wrong. just cause you learned in an english saddle doesnt mean she cant learn in a western saddle.

  • your riding's good but why on earth aren't you wearing a helmet?

  • why is they gay bar music playing in the background

  • @janehasty uhntss uhntss uhntss xD

  • no wonder why he refused. your tipping wayyy too much on his neck. i wouldnt jump it either with you leaning that much.

  • i recommend a helmet if you aren't very good at jumping. is he is a western horse he shouldn't be jumping. you also should be jumping smaller if he isn't used to jumping.

  • EPIC FAIL!!!!haha im just kidding u lookn great

  • Good seat, but that's not 2'6".

  • haha :D

I fell exactly like this two days ago^^

    btw, good seat ;)

  • You have a good seat :)

  • This is cute, I mean yah it was stupid of you not to wear a helment and to try and jump him over something he isn't comfy doing bareback, but if you had fun, it shouldn't matter.

  • The video looks pretty good, but like most others, I would suggest a helmet.

I didn't ride with one for the first few months, I got when I started taking lessons at a really nice eventing barn, and just so happens my worst fall was the day I got my helmet...it saved my ass. I wouldn't got a concussion without it.

  • All of you shut the fuck up. You people obviously have no life it you dont think its fun to ride bareback and go galloping down a road with no helmet. Yes its dangerous but you got to feel alive sometimes

  • I would use a saddle until he become more experienced with the jumps. He would get better, then you could switch to bare back.:)

  • i know bare back is fun but you should practice not letting your horse run out with a saddle on because it will be much morse effective

  • I agree :) Bareback is such fun! but i suggest a helmet? u can get injured really badlly! enjoy your riding though :) pretty Arab! :)

  • u shud wear a helmet and vest 4 ur safety but who needs a saddle lol

  • I love your balance!

  • i dont c why u just cant try out a helmet or a ridningtrousers or somthin...

  • you need to put on more right rein, because he is always running out to the left

  • jumping in a western bridle probably wasnt the smartest thing ever but oh well aha, people need to calm down. shes only havin a bit of fun, didnt seem to hurt the horse atall. and if she wants to ride without a hat or a vest then who gives a flying fuck? she can do what she likes its her life.

  • why not trying a saddle AND thee most important thing in riding... a HAT

CUZ if u fall ur just gunna get hurt even more or worse and efinatly saddle when teaching your horse to jump

  • @elliedome Why does she need a saddle? it everyones choice weather to go bareback or not, plus Helmets are also a choice and just becasue you and everyone else says she should doesnt mean she will.

  • Monty does jump like an deer!

  • LOL VERY graceful fall!!! lmao!

  • I don't know.. I would still wear a helmet if my horse was just learning how to jump.

  • definitely should teach the horse how to jump saddled, and maybe practice your balance

  • firstly she was just having fun and secondly she is not stupid for not wearing a helmet or vest, i know heaps of people who dont ride with helmets and i dont jump with a vest. geez give it a break you can have fun if she gets hurt at least she had fun doing it !!! by the way nice horse lol

  • lol :L

  • i dont think he likes jumping lol he looks better wen ur riding western :) lol and he jumps a wee bit better than a deer lolz ive seen one jump bobwire fences and they jump sooo weird! they jump side-ways ;)

  • When training a horse to jump, I suggest using an english snaffle, and a saddle. You are grabbing his mouth with that big shank and teaching him to jump wrong. Once you and him know how to jump, then it's ok to jump bareback.

  • just a quick tip try not to lean so much going to the jump in truth most riders lean slightly back and push with there legs just saying

  • People!Just because you wear a vest or helmet OR saddle doesn't mean it keeps you safe!!! I have been riding since i was 3 (im 12 now) and i NEVER wore a helmet or vest and sometimes not a saddle...i fell off my horse one time without wearing a helmet and didn't get hurt at all.About a month after that i wore a helmet and fell the exact same way and the helmet scratched my forehead really bad.. YOU HAVE WONDERFUL RIDING! Everyone makes mistakes every once in a while :)

  • wow, your horse is a beauty but a couple of tips

    1. try a saddle

    2. try a helmet

but apart from that you are a good rider, C:

  • I jump Bareback all the time! it shows how expirenced u r and when u can jump 2 1/2 then it shows u have stong, good legs

  • could I use this in my 'so you think riding is easy' vid I will give you credit in the list of you tube names at the end.

  • no effence to you or your horse but it is duper unsafe to ride without a saddle , helmet, or vest... ESPECIALLY JUMPING! not only does it teach your horse bad manners and to do the wrong thing but it also teaches them nothing! you and your horse could have been hurt and u r never going to reach ur goal of 2 feet if you continue to play like that.... sorry for any feelings hurt but thats rediculous

  • I Like your Horse!

  • haha I did that on my horse the other day, riding a thoroughbred bareback and trying to jump didn't go so well. your arab is real pretty by the way.

  • haha I did that on my horse the other day, riding a thoroughbred bareback and trying to jump didn't go so well.

  • misschien moet je gewoon je teugels wat korter nemen en voor de sprong beetje mee naar voren gaan zodat hij ook ruimte heeft en goed blijven aansporen!..

  • i can't speak englisch but i must say you one : You must first teach the horse to find the right jump. Put a rack in a distance of 20 centimeters and the other at a distance of 1 meter in front of the jump

  • i don't can englisch but i must say you one : You must first teach the horse to find the right jump. Put a rack in a distance of 20 centimeters and the other at a distance of 1 meter in front of the jump

  • haha good

  • Maybe u SHould Wear a hat (NOT Being nasty) But That Was Some Excellent Riding!! :)

  • mayeb you should train him propley over the small jumps before putting the height up!

  • thats not 2 and a half feet r u dumb

  • Awww, poor guy didn't want to jump that at all haha. But good job for getting him over it! And he's very brave for finally jumping something he didn't want to =D

  • *He jumps like a deer* *CRASH* lol so cute!!! Gorgeous horse too, your an amazing bareback rider!!!

  • i think its great that u enjoy your horse so much.

  • Awwwwh I love him!! Your ponys a babe :L

  • altho i agree with the helmet thing, i really like your comment where your like id like to be able to take offence. lol cute

  • @JumpPony I totally agree with cinch920. Just because you wear a vest and helmet doesnt mean everybody does. I've been riding since I was 6 and I stopped wearing a helmet when I was 12. I've never worn a riding vest in my entire life. I trust my horses and my riding ability. As far as I'm concerned you are the stuPID one.

  • hes running out!!! glad you ditched the lawn chairs though :p

  • don't ride abot a helmet!

  • omg I love the deer jump <333 hehe

  • can i use this for my vid?

  • maybe you should try RIDING be4 u jump... oh & @JumpPony vests r ssssssoooo over-rated im mean i hav a freind who broke her back because she was forced to use a vest & couldn't sit in the saddle

  • @horsejumpergal Americans are better riders are they? Well how do you work that out then what makes us in the uk any"worse" than you? Grow up

  • STUPID MUCH? I think so NO helmet OR vst

  • @mrsmysterygirl123 you dont NEED a vest to jump. there is no law. most people dont jump with vests, unless its xcountry or very high. 2'6" isn't that high. helmets are simply recommended. and so what if shes not wearing a helmet?? thats her problem, not yours.

  • wow. he does jump like a deer! but hes real pretty!

  • may i use this video?i will give u credit and send it to u

  • well ive gotta say, if your trying to jump your horse 2'6'' for the first time i would suggest a saddle, a helmet and sitting up. but thats just me.....

  • looks like lots of fun!!! lol i've ridin a lot but never fallin off

  • Lol the way he jumps is so funny I own 14 horses and 3 deer and lol he does jump like a deer haha :)

  • you are soooo stupet at you not have a helmet or vest hahahaha

    //Cilla från sverige:P

  • @JumpPony i'm stupet? is that like a french thing or something? if your going to insult me, at least write in in english so i can take offense to it.

  • @cinch920 well you really should where a helmet i have jumped without a vest and its fine. you really only need one for like XC and super hight jumps

  • @cinch920 Sverige- Sweden. who like to boast they speak the best english in the whole of europe.... hmmmm!!! :P cool video anyway, very graceful fall!

  • @cinch920 stupet is as stupet does ( i don't think your stupet that was pretty good riding for jumping bareback ) nobody can spell anymore since spell check.

  • @JumpPony Mayb she doesn't have a vest on because americans are better riders and we don't need them and yah you should wear a helmet for safety but it looks like she was just having fun and since you prob. don't even own a horse there is no need for you to comment

  • @JumpPony

dude, she didn't fall on her head, it's her choice to trust her horse :)

  • @JumpPony Wow.... I bet you ride with that on a push button pony! I feel better riding with no helmet, vest and i like takeing tthe risk.. so u must be very inexpirienced.

  • @JumpPony what kind of vest and if u dont know dere called body protectors

  • @JumpPony W.e who is calling who stupid ( S.T.U.P.I.D. not stuped -_-) XD .........Btw nice horse

  • @JumpPony Gammal kommentar, men de är väl inte ditt problem att hon rider utan hjälm och väst? Sköt dig själv. Och om du ska skriva på engelska måste du lära dig att stava först...

English: Old comment, but it's not your problem that she rides without a helmet and vest? Take care of yourself. And if you should write in English, you must learn to spell first...

    //Swede

  • @MariedalsCliffton ursäkta för att jag säjer vad jag tkr xDD hahahaha

  • @JumpPony Unlike you, good riders don't need vests.

  • Hes so cute ;p

    your a great riderr

  • And people are right, they shouldn't be judging you on whether or not you wear a helmet, that is your decision, you aren't risking their lives in anyway doing it, its your decision. I for one wear a helmet at all times because I had a life altering experience where my helmet saved me life. In most situations a horse will try not to step on you if you were to fall, in my situation the horse jumping over me resulted in his hind hoof landing on the back of my head, brke eye socket helmet saved me.

  • More than likely if you looked up over the fence instead of at it he wouldnt second guess and duck out.

  • Haha he has a well funny jump bless him :) you ride him very well considering, dont listen to any of the boring people saying u should be wearing a hat- its entirely up to you if you dont want to, what business of theirs is it!? I hate people who care more about rules and regulations than having fun

  • haaa you do the same as i do :) sit on the floor anf laugh xD

  • hahaha yeah maybe he was a deer in his first life but now he's a horse :)

  • looks like fun :P

  • Comment removed

  • haha:)

i just fell off like that on my horse the other

    day.. it was fun haha

  • don't let your horse jump like a deer. it's dangerous for you and the horse. train him to jump first.

  • lol jumps like a deer he cute though!

  • lol he jumps like a deer lol

  • ahhh! everytime i see him jump i laugh . he does look like a deere(: haha

  • if that was me i would have done it with a saddle first.

  • Super cute horse.

I will say though when the barrels are on their side they are only 2' :)

I know you prolly don't care and I don't mean to be rude at all....

  • yes, he really jumps like a deer! lol!

  • :D I love riding bareback xD

I'd love to jump bareback :P I just canter and stuff but I still love it xD

    I love your horse :)

  • I love jumping bareback and your right he does jump like a deer....nice video

  • I love goofing off bareback! Nice job, your horse is super cute

  • @skaers haha goofing off bareback is fun ;)

  • maybe you should try a saddle...?

  • wats the fun on that? lol

  • @cinch920 I LOVE BAREBACK!

  • @cinch920 agreed!

  • @cinch920 barebacks awesome lol

  • well, let's see... you dont fall off and lose your confidence... been there, done that. :/

    not funny.

  • @CrazyShiningDiamond theres a first for everything..If you dont try. you'll never know how good you are..no harm in practice smarty.

  • wow ur a good rider ive been riding for 6 years and i still have trouble jumping bareback. by the way is monty an arabian or part hes pretty

  • he's an arabian. thanks! =]

  • you need to keep you back streight and keep contact with you legs and acctually ride him into the fence you kind of cantering in and leaving him too do the rest and he dont know what he is doing !! you have to help them you know there not machines !!!!

  • i dont see why you would jump with no saddle and no helmet if neither of you can jump...its good to have fun but only when its safe

  • well i think shes a really good rider~!!

  • @blackhorsegrl you obv dont know what a good rider looks like then

  • @tomd3 if u watch her other vids she is a good rider. just cuz u thin ur all that doesnt meen u are. this video is just for fun its obviously not a video where she put "please critique" i just said shes a good rider. and if she wasnt a good rider. no one asked for ur oppinion on what i said.

  • i guess it just depens what you ride ive never rode with a helmet i love western riding just an opinion =) and btw u look like and awsome bareback rider at least bettr than me lol

  • Does she look like an english rider? Do you see english saddles? No.

She can do what she wants she's not an infant. Who cares if she doesn't wear a helmet. Most western riders (including me) don't wear a helmet. It's not that big of a deal. People in the country see things much differently.

    Jessa, you're awesome :)

  • lol thanks =]

  • he does jump like a deer but u shouldnt be jumping bareback unless u know how to which obviously u dont srry but u doo look like a good bareback rider

  • There's reasons why he's jumping the way he is. I'm sorry but you're really sloppy with Monty..

  • Sloppy....? Never herd that one, now leave her alone and don't be a bitch

  • when he went to the higher one dont throw ur body at him just kick and wait for him to leave the ground. i've been riding for 10 years haha doing jumpers just a lil fact. adorable horse tho.

  • NO HELMET THATS LIKE A CRIME

  • well if they break open their skull you know why

  • Helmets are a must, I dont care who you are or what you do! Every horse spooks and trips, theres no such thing as a bomb proof horse! Thumbs up! :)

  • hahah he like stops and then jumpss.

yall she obviously doesnt wear a helmet its more fun without a helmet i never wear one and i barrel race which is prob alot more dangerous than jumpingg.

  • Hahaha Thats soo cute! I ove your horse but im pretty sure hes more of a speedy kindof guy. Ahahah :P he really does jump like a deer. I think its cute. Nice fall btw. And to put my opinion on helmets out there.. I always wear a helmet, because all equestrians know how unpredictable horses are, and i just dont wanna take that risk to not wear a helmet.. Just my opinion.

  • lol very cute :)

  • LOL dude kick next time :P

  • lol he DOES jump like a deer XD

  • i think u did good. and ppl I nvr ride with a helmet and i do stupider things with than this. yes i have hit my head yes i kno the risks bt uh that doesnt mean u have to wear it. its just a percaution. anything can happen and i had a bad head injury with the helmet! it didnt protect me it made it worse so thats y i dont wear a helmet!

  • he really jump like deer

  • If your horse keeps refusing to jump then he/she has made it to a bad habit that you must break! If you can't push him/her over the fence while you're on the horse then you should get off the horse and make it jump over it with you running beside it on the ground. Horses are habit-animals and if you let them run by a fence, they will learn that it's okey for them to do so.

And btw, you forgot your helmet... ;)

    good luck! :)

  • u do realise you are on bareback and its not that smart to keep on jumping if your horse refuses and you know u can fall

  • what the hell? of course people that ride know they can fall - if you're gonna ride, you're gonna fall, end of.

also you're basically saying if her horse refuses, she has to stop? erm no way, if your horse refuses, you have to make it jump. as soon as your horse thinks it is the dominant animal, that's when things get dangerous.

  • @coromande :P your silly. I know people have already replyed to your comment but i just wanted to say... Your silly :)

  • omg i just LOVE how he jumps :)

  • lol He does jump like a deer XD

  • Rammgirl30 - it is NEVER ok to ride without a helmet - no matter how well you know the horse. Even the best of riders fall off.

My mums friend was an amazing rider - rode her whole life - she fell off her horse and died from head trauma because she didnt have a helmet on.

Well done though on sticking with him until he got over the jump! :D

  • thats awful :(

  • Im not having a go or anything, but you should really wear a hard hat when ur riding (:

  • Meh, don't listen to these people that think they know it all about riding. I've jumped bareback without a helmet before, and as long as it's a horse you're used to and have trust in it's not that big of a deal. It's more dangerous to be a beginner rider trying to show off than be a confident rider without equipment. Bridles, saddles, heck even halters are overrated.

  • @rammgirl30 "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth" Even if you know the horse well, you should ALWAYS wear a helmet or other protection for your head when riding. It doesn't matter if the horse is calm and you trust it, something can ALWAYS happen, no matter if you're a beginner or a professional. And seriously, we made equipment for horses for a reason, I'm not saying ALL equipment is necessary though.

So what do you prefer: Lying on the ground with a cracked skull or simply wearing a helmet?
