@406Razu 1. No, not max. But close enough. It is set to high with no AA.

2. Average about 40fps. I could lower my settings for more or raise it for more detail, but I like playing in the 40-60fps rage.

Keep in mind that there is a Ultra setting. Low Medium High Ultra

@thtcarmaster i have the same CPU... total bottleneck for this game haha i'm running 2 gtx 570s and still average 40-60

@JayRab179 Yeah. Really need a CPU upgrade. If it hasn't passed 60 fps before make sure vsync is off. It caps at 60 fps and doesn't go any higher. You probably know that right?
