Actually, if it is, it's dormant. Emerald Weapon didn't activate until Final Fantasy VII, when the Weapons were awakened. Besides that, it's far more likely you saw Jade Weapon.

To add to what lan0723 told you, you can ALSO get 100% if you blame Calli. So if you blame Rikku, Calli, or the Chocobo Eater, you complete the episode. You can't complete the episode and get 100% if you either blame Prophet as in this clip or if you blame Rin.

No, you do not. You get an Episode Complete if you blame Rikku, Calli, or the Chocobo Eater, but NOT if you blame Rin or Prophet. So you can't complete the game fully if you blame Prophet like in this clip or if you blame Rin.
