  • not the dogs it's the a hole neighbors!

  • dont be afraid of your neighbors. i took my neighbors to court . they harassed me and i was terrified of them. i finally realized their bark was worse then their bite. they never touched me. they didn't mess with me because i was quick to call the authorities

  • you can barely hear them on the video (our neighborhood can get deafening at times), but if they are not being cared for you can call the humane society to come out and check them. you can do this anonomously; tell them they bark day and night and you see no food, water or shelter for them. barking indicates unhappiness and frustration; it's not what content well cared fo dogs do. we have 3 right now, and they bark to alert, and not much else. they are in at night and when no one is home.

  • Regardless, the dogs barking should be controlled. If I barked all day at people, the cops would be over to charge me with causing a nusiacen or disturbance.

  • pitiful.

  • Barking dogs suck. Your neighbors suck.

  • You must have pretty thin walls to hear that inside. I'd turn a fan on next to the bed to drown it out when you try to sleep. However that's no excuse for them to be tied up outside 24-7. That's just wrong. But if you're losing sleep try a fan running next to your bed for a bit of 'white noise' that will drown it out.

  • Yes, the walls are thin. My house is very old and the sound travels through the woods moreso in the Fall/Winter months. They have been bringing the mongrels inside at night due to numerous complaints from multiple neighbors.
