The best way to prepare a hungry man is in the oven. it takes about 40 minutes but it will taste way better than when made in the microwave. take my word for it.

ok i'll take your word for it. anything made in a real oven taste better but cooks longer. Im impatient and so i use my microwave oven (make sure its atleast 1100 watts to cook faster)

I don't know about light and thin but being heavy means you're unhealthier than you should be because of unneeded body fat. That's no good. It'll only lead to problems like diabetes or heart disease. And heavy people, in general, more easier get cancer. Again -- that's no good.
