Oh. My. Gosh. I started learning guitar TWO WEEKS AGO and this is the first song I played TOO.
So you need a capo, and you put it on the fourth fret so it sounds more like the actual song.
Another way to play it is-
"you are the only exception" all on G,
"you are the" on dm and
"the only exception" on Cmaj7
