@FashionAndCoffee Have you checked out casseys "fat melting routine"? it's an amazing workout. try to do this, every evening until you ready to do it 4 times in a row. With clean eating you will see a different within a week I promise. And diet: My motto is to have breakfast like a kaiser, lunch like a king, and dinner like a beggar. That means - have a healthy breakfast with whole grain carbs, fruits etc that keeps you full till lunch. then a healthy lunch with turkey breast, salad, veggies..
@FashionAndCoffee and if you follow this rule, you shouldn't be that hungry in the evening. I prefer to eat nothing in the evening, because I sleep better and I'm more hungry in the morning. But if you are hungry, you can have everything that has no/less carbs like fish, meat, veggies, salad.. but no bread etc. and eat lots of low fat yoghurt and quark, it's so yummy. yoghurt with oatmeal and fruit - delicious breakfast. good luck ;)
