  • Wow. I just died. Lol! To be honest, my first impression of this was that: it looks a bit silly, is this really going to work? The answer is YES! :-D For someone like me that don't enjoy running, this is perfect to get the heart pumping. I can't do more than one right now, but will work my way up to 3 in a row. Thank you for this! It's perfect, will get in shape in no time:-D <3

  • Omg I am totally adding this to my routine. What I love about this workout is that it makes the most use of time. It's short but intense, and it has the cardio and challenge for my legs that I've been looking for! I am sweating, and my body hurts so good!!

  • HI! I'm 17 years old. 112 pounds. 5'1" a Senior in high school. Don't work out at all. The only "work out" I have in dancing when I'm home alone and walking around school. My mother passed away from a heart attack over 2 years ago. Heart problems runs in my family. I DESPERATELY want to be fit and healthy. PLEASE message me some suggestions. THANK YOU!

  • @FashionAndCoffee Have you checked out casseys "fat melting routine"? it's an amazing workout. try to do this, every evening until you ready to do it 4 times in a row. With clean eating you will see a different within a week I promise. And diet: My motto is to have breakfast like a kaiser, lunch like a king, and dinner like a beggar. That means - have a healthy breakfast with whole grain carbs, fruits etc that keeps you full till lunch. then a healthy lunch with turkey breast, salad, veggies..

  • @FashionAndCoffee and if you follow this rule, you shouldn't be that hungry in the evening. I prefer to eat nothing in the evening, because I sleep better and I'm more hungry in the morning. But if you are hungry, you can have everything that has no/less carbs like fish, meat, veggies, salad.. but no bread etc. and eat lots of low fat yoghurt and quark, it's so yummy. yoghurt with oatmeal and fruit - delicious breakfast. good luck ;)
