كُلّمَا قُلْتُ بِقُرْبي .. تَنْطَفِي نِيرَانُ قَلْبِي زادَنِي الوَصْلُ لَهِيبًا .. هَكَذا حَالْ المُحِبِ لا بوَصْلِي أتَسَلّىٰ .. لا ولا بالهَجْرِ أنْسَي ليسَ للعِشْقِ دَوَاءٌ .. فاحْتَسِبْ عَقْلاً ونَفْسًا إِنني أسْلَمْتُ أمْري .. في الهَوَىٰ مَعْنًىٰ وحسّا ما بقىٰ إِلا التَفَاني .. حَبَذا فِي الحُب نَحْبي إِنَنِي بالمَوْت رَاضِ .. هكذا حالُ المُحِبُ يا حَبيبي بِحَيَاتِكْ .. بِحَيَاتِك يا حَبيبي رِقْ لي وانْظُر لِحَالي .. إِنْتَ أدْرَىٰ بالَذِي بي أنتَ دائِي ودَوَائِي .. فَتَلَطّفْ يا طَبيبي
