Here's my take on it. At 1:19, the camera goes the roof of the car. This is the first cut; conan gets out of the car and probably jams the accelerator. At 1:33 explosions cover the entire picture. This is the second cut; conan hides underneath the wreckage of the car and gets gets out when "the explosion" ends. The fire and fireworks and explosions are all cg.
