  • In order to keep your back knee from turning while performing the angled lunge it is important that first you are balanced. This will assist with making sure that your knees and joints are facing the same direction and do not twist or turn in any odd directions. Your toes should be pointing in the same direction as the front in order to prevent injury to the knee, this includes twisting of the knee. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Happy lunging!

  • I have a question: how do you prevent your back knee from twisting with the angled lunge? should you turn your back foot or do you keep your toes pointing to the front?

thank you, very well done videos!
