hmmm... though this is an extremely valid point about the laziness of people, i hate it even more when it's rubbish, not shopping trolleys. like a banana peel half a metre away from a bin. it' disgusts me.
I parked my Corvette at the furtherest part of the car park like no other cars within twenty yards and when i returned there was a shopping trolley like one foot from the door,i hate that where's my shotgun....??
Sometimes if I'm going into a store and I see an abandoned cart in the parking lot, I'll push it into the store and use it myself. It briefly makes me feel like a productive member of society. And then the illusion fades.
A couple summers ago my job was to get these things back into the store. It was easy, but people are ridiculous. Sometimes you'd find them like turned over and I swear every handicapped person always left their cart (trolley) in the spot. They can walk throughout the store and push it for an hour but can't put it where it's supposed to go? Bullcrap!

Well, you know, it's not the five steps to put away the trolly (that's so cute, we call them carts here), it's just the fifth step is one too many.

It's a very odd thing when you're putting these things away and people will look upon you with odd expressions.

I don't use shopping carts. I just go in the store and whatever I can carry is what I buy. Makes me not buy the store out.

I do the same thing. It makes me not buy anything but get what I came for... If I didn't go over due to being bored.
