@MrPippykins When the designers make models they don't just give them clothes, the clothes are designed separately, so in the mean time the gave her undergarments so her model wasn't completely naked and so that if someone were to look up her skirt in the game (by any means), the reason for the detail is probably cause they didn't want it to look like some blank white spot between her legs, just another indication that the designers foresaw people doing this.

I know that much, I'm studying cg to be a modeler though I'm really only a few months in at school. My point is "the designers foresaw people doing this" and this is the way square went about it. Don't get me wrong it's probably the best way of going about it but they could of blacked it out after the model was finished.
