The reason why I was originally trying to post here was due to being pissed after I watched the police rep brief the media, then went to cnn to see them TOTALLY make up stuff. They said, "According to (forget name of police rep) "the suspects car came to a stop and he exited the vehicle, the police then ordered him to drop the weapon. He refused and was then shot ." I just finished watching her briefing, and a reporter asked her did he exit the vehicle and she said "no"!

They try to change the system into a Chinese model.
