First of all, those "five dancing Israelis" weren't dancing; they were perched on top of a van. They were taking pictures of each other with the smoking skyline of NYC in the background. This happened hours AFTER the plane crashes, and after the towers had collapsed. And they did it from the Jersey coastline which was at least 5 miles from the WTC, with the buildings on the NYC harbor completely blocking the view of the rubble.
