Nice views but... Sorry, these are no views filmed from Mont Boron. These are filmed from the "Colline du Château" (Hill of the Castle). You can see the Court Saleya with the market here and this part of the old city just can not be seen from mont Boron.
The Mont Boron is the bigger hill on the other side of the port, separating Nice and Villefrance-sur-Mer.
