There are no Christian sources of Mary's age when she was pregnant with Jesus.

The very best that we have is in Luke 1:42 when the pregnant Mary went to see her cousin Elizabeth, She exclaimed, "Blessed art thou (Mary) among women...

So we have Mary's cousin calling her a woman, not a young girl.

Besides that, 12 years old is twice as old as Aisha was when muhammad begun abusing her.
