I think we should all calm down a bit. So if this was a biological weapon it would have already had a WAY HIGHER kill rate than it does now. There is, what? 2000 or so known infected thus far and only 150 or so that have died. That sounds like a normal flu outbreak. 15,000 to 20,000 thousand people die from the flu every year. What the hell is the big deal about this virus? If a thousand of those 2000 people were dead then I would worry.

For this to be a biological weapon it would have to have a minimum of a 50 percent fatality rate. And what the hell is up with all this talk about "Oh we have a vaccine you can take for this bird/swine/human hybrid cross virus." If they have a vaccine for this particular virus that means that they already knew about it. Tamiflu might help but isn't a sure cure for the virus. You have to KNOW the virus to make a vaccine for it. They (CDC) have already said this is a never before seen virus.
