The title for this is a bit misleading. The "inserted video" does not actually play within a sized frame within the given MS Word document. What is actually happening is upon double clicking on the image in the MS Word document, PowerPoint opens up full frame to show the video link .. and then needs to be clicked again to activate.

Use "Zilla Tube" to download from YouTube...... at fast speed to your computer, and also convert so easily to good quality Word compatible video file.
Then just insert that video into your Word or powerpoint
just google for "zilla tube" It works awesome.
