I went on holiday to America once but I didn't watch TV. I'm guessing you watch a lot of American TV and movies, otherwise you would not know what you are talking about. You know though the word dictator comes from the word dictate, which means to tell everybody else what to do, which is what it sounds like you are doing when you tell me not to watch American TV or movies etc etc. With a dictator the people have no say. You can't call the USA a dictator for 2 reasons: 1) A country cannot be a dictator, a dictator has to a person, like Hitler or Saddam, some you have pointed out.
