Spiral Magnet Rotor

Just a thought: If you put a little generator (or dynamo) on top of the rotor, cant you get out more electrical power than you put in? because the rotation is caused by both your powersupply and the magnetic force.. Well, please answer me on this thought :D

Another experiment on youtube shows how to draw 4.5 volts from the air waves coming from your local radio station broadcasting antena.I used a crystal radio to listen to AM broadcasting. Can the combination (Air Power generator) and the magnet engine work together? You would not have to use a power source and the unit would run forever.This would make a great science fair project!

@bluesisk no the rotor turns using the Bedini circuit through the coil. Read about pulse motors and that will give you the basic idea.

Now suppose you replaced the drive shaft of the rotor with a small inexpensive 12 volt motor/generator. Surplus stores sell them or Ebay. Connect the output voltage of the 12 volt generator directly to the air core coil.

If the motor keeps running you have acheived overunity and now have a self runner.

The next test would be to see how much of a load you could put on it before it stops running. Thats down the road.

no I don't agree and I have done that test several times and the spiral does help the system and in some tests the rotor would run twice as fast due to the spiral magnets.

Anyone can clearly see that the rotor will move by itself within the spiral until it hits the gate which at that point the any gain is lost. But I recently changed the spiral where the gain is greater than the loss from the gate. This DOES NOT mean I now have a self runner, just better performance. This is old news, catch up

I will look at some of your other clips. With respect to the gate and all of that, with the magnet spiral only and no pulsing coil, the spiral of magnets will give you a net zero energy gain.

At the same time I have no doubt that the rotor can turn twice as fast when the magnets are in place vs. not in place. The challenge is to explain why that is happening since the magnets are giving you nothing....

It's certainly clear to everyone who has done any of these experiments that you can get a rotor to move ALL by itself for 95% of the full rotation until it hits the end gate. It's at that point where the external energy is needed to fulfill a full rotation.

A way that you can look at is that as the rotor turns the magnet at the end of the arm is getting closer to a 'single' magnet (in reality the spiral of magnets) and the attraction of the 'single' magnet is the force that moves the arm 'closer' (in reality the rotation of the arm) to the 'single' magnet.

The speed of the rotating arm increases until the energy supplied by the pulse equals the energy lost to friction. Everything balances out when the arm reaches it max rotational speed.

When the spiral of magnets are in place, it sets up a new balancing point. The arm ends up rotating faster, therefore you are getting more pulses per second, which means that you have more average power going into the system. The higher average power is balanced out by the increased friction do to the higher rotational speed.

Systems like these can sometimes have multiple operating points where everything is in balance. Just my two bits!

Actually the spiral of magnets are energy-neutral. The motor would run just fine without the spiral of magnets. The spiral of magnets is just eye-candy to make things look more interesting.
