I hate myself for quitting, too! I quit like a month before I was going to go on pointe!! I started again last summer but I want to advance more quickly.
Luckily I started taking a strengthening class (pre-pointe) to prepare the feet and ankles for dancing on pointe. I think we are advancing onto pointe in May so I am very excited!
